Ever since I was a little kid, I thought whiteboards were the coolest things. Whenever I visited my dad's office, I would immediately find my way into the conference room where a shimmering, clean field of white, hung perfectly on the wall.
I could be entertained for hours. drawing Xs and Os for taking advantage of a hockey power play or sketching my dream home's floor plan. Which, coincidentally, I can remember parts of, especially the second floor master bedroom that looks onto an indoor pool and basketball court. I'm almost positive there was only one bathroom (next to the living room), so Amy may have a lot to look forward to if we ever build a house.
Now that I'm an adult (at least by age), the whiteboard in my office is my greatest ally. If I'm stuck on something, I just pull out a DryErase marker and start writing.
Soon enough, somehow or another, my scribbles, turn into something useful. To date, computers can't replicate my whiteboard's uncanny ability to organize my thoughts and keep me on track.
So, thank you whiteboard. You have always been there for me and I appreciate it. And if you haven't used a whiteboard lately - do it. If you don't find it useful, you can always draw your dream home.

Kelly, you're so funny.....I'm looking forward to seeing the second floor indoor pool/basketball court! Good call! Jill♥
